DISKO Decades is an effect for After Effects and Premiere Pro: twenty looks from other eras, from wet plate and silent film to VHS and datamosh. Decades makes footage look like it came from another era. Pick a look and it builds the whole chain that era's picture went through: the camera's frame rate, the lens, the process's color, grain, damage, light leaks and burns, the projector, tape, codec or screen, borders and on-screen text. Tune it with a few macro controls, or load the look into the Custom controls and open up every stage. It costs $7.99, paid once, with a free trial.

Put 2000s Datamosh on a layer with a cut in it, or on an adjustment layer over the cut. At the cut the new shot's keyframe is lost: the old shot's picture holds, and the new shot's motion drags it along. Mosh At can also start it at the layer's start, or wherever you keyframe the Mosh checkbox on.

No. Decades carries its own copy of the tape. Glitch breaks a picture in bursts; Decades makes a whole shot look as if it came from that era.

Only the purchase does. The license code is checked on your own computer, so the effects work offline: on a plane, on location, on a render machine with no network.

Yes. Every effect is fully featured before you buy. Renders carry a DISKO MOTION TRIAL watermark until you enter a license code, and watermarked output is for trying things out, not for delivery.

V1 is yours for good, and every 1.x update is free. V2 will be a paid upgrade, and your V1 keeps working if you skip it.
